About Melonie Hall
Melonie Hall is the founder and lead trainer of Training in Partnership, a Hampshire-based provider delivering high-quality training across the health, social care, education, early years, and community sectors.
With over 35 years’ experience in health and social care and more than 25 years in training and workforce development, Melonie brings a depth of knowledge shaped by extensive frontline practice, leadership roles, and further education delivery. Her background spans residential, community, and healthcare environments, giving her a strong understanding of the real-world pressures staff and organisations face.
Melonie is recognised for delivering training that goes beyond compliance. Her approach is practical, evidence-based, and rooted in dignity, inclusion, and person-centred practice. She is particularly skilled at translating legislation, guidance, and best practice into meaningful learning that staff can confidently apply in their roles.
As founder of Training in Partnership, Melonie leads on course design, quality assurance, and partnership working, supporting organisations to meet regulatory expectations while building confident, capable, and reflective teams.

Melonie’s career began in frontline health and social care, where she supported individuals and families within regulated environments, developing strong foundations in safeguarding, person-centred care, and professional accountability.
