Fantastic experience !! The session gave me the confidence in understanding how to tackle all forms of First aid with my 4 month old son. During the session we took part in practical examples to consolidate what we had learned. Mel was an incredible, well spoken, first aid tutor.

Mel is knowledgeable and comes fully equipped for the session. She delivers her training with warmth, keeping it interesting and to the point.

My husband and I attended baby first aid training and came away feeling very well informed and confident to put our training into action should we ever need to. Mel was very welcoming, made us feel at ease and guided us well throughout the session.

Helpful practical training

It was really interesting + important to have visual training as massively helps with learning, It was really good.

Very well done on shortening the training but still completing all of the objectives.

I Liked the way the teacher allowed the students to discuss the subject & relate their own experiences, which was instructive and educational in itself and ‘filled out’ this rich subject.

Very useful to understand what training is needed for staff. I will be involved in auditing procedure, rather than direct care, but still valuable to know and be aware of potential issue to review.

I feel confident in using and leading my team to use the evac chair in an emergency and to risk assess dependent on the circumstances which we discussed during training.

We were shown how to use the chair in a safe and efficient manner allowing us to safely manoeuvre it up and downstairs.
