Training In Partnership was founded by Melonie Hall, a passionate and highly experienced professional with over 35 years of experience in the health and social care sector and more than 25 years actively training others.
Melonie’s career began on the front line, where she supported individuals with compassion, dignity, and respect. Through these early experiences, she saw first-hand how truly person-centred care could change lives — and how the right training could empower others to deliver it.
After many years in management and education roles, Melonie recognised a recurring challenge in the sector: training that focused more on ticking boxes than on developing realistic, transferable skills and knowledge. Determined to make a difference, she founded Training In Partnership — a company built on the belief that great training should be meaningful, engaging, and practical.
